All veterinarians providing services through Hubavet must hold an active license in the jurisdiction where the animal patient is located and must comply with that jurisdiction’s veterinary telemedicine regulations.
Veterinarians are not permitted to provide services outside of their licensed jurisdictions.

Veterinary services are provided only where permitted by law. Veterinarians may deliver telemedicine services solely in states or territories where they are appropriately licensed and legally authorized to practice.
